Normally your account will be ready within 1 to 2 hours of receiving your order. DNS propagation time of upto 24 hours may be
required for your new hosting to be accessed globally.
Can I still access my website before this DNS propagation time?
Yes, we will give you temporary access and URL to access your website and upload the designs.
I need a new domain name for my new hosting
You can register or reserve domain names for future use at 99p domain registration system http://www.99p.org
My domain is with another registrar. Can I still use your hosting services?
Of course, all you need is our Name Server details. Our Name Servers are;
ns1.luxmi.net
ns3.luxmi.net
In future you may wish to move the domain names to our zone. Browse http://www.99p.org for the latest offers and lifelong cheapest price domain names. Remember, if you don't have 100% control over your domain names with your
current registrar (for example, modifying Name Servers, admin, billing info etc.) you must consider moving your domain names to our system.
How do I make the payment?
We use Worldpay payment gateway to process the payments. The system will automatically enter you in to regular future pay agreement using your credit/debit card.
Is the payment gateway safe to supply my credit card details?
